His Highness Sheikh Diab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed, on this occasion, that the “Arab Meeting of Young Leaders” has become a periodic platform that brings together leaders of Arab youth work on the land of the UAE, and contributes to strengthening bridges of communication between youth and decision-makers through the “World Government Summit”. Pointing to the importance of listening to the ideas of young people, and benefiting from their visions to enhance their contributions in various fields of development, as well as to consolidate their connection and pride in their identity and Arabic language.
His Highness said, “The Arab Young Leaders Meeting”, which is being held within the activities of the “World Government Summit” in Dubai, has become a forum for exchanging ideas, experiences and visions, as well as identifying the priorities, orientations and needs of Arab youth during the current and future phases.
His Highness pointed out that the issue of the connection with identity and the Arabic language, which the meeting focuses on in its edition this year, comes within the essence of the strategy of the Arab Youth Center and its plans to promote identity and the Arabic language and build the capabilities of young people and their potential to contribute to the development of the youth work sector in the Arab region in general, through the design of programs and initiatives and projects that empower them.
