The Municipality of the Capital agreed with the BIOMÁS SA laboratory, the implementation in the City, starting next week, of a campaign for the donation and collection of urine from women 48 years of age and older; which will enable the creation and multiplication of hormones for the fertilization of new lives.
Rodrigo Altea, secretary of Human Development, stated that “from the Municipality, we are promoting and trying to reach people, understanding the problems they have, and working through an agreement; to promote urine donation, which will have to do with the possibility of reaching the necessary elements to achieve fertilization so that women can become mothers, with an Argentine laboratory”.
“We are going to work with the BIOMÁS SA laboratory, with adequate control and accompanying the activities carried out by the Municipality, in the promotion to reach the greatest number of people who can become donors and be able to elaborate this product.he added.
Patricio Bosio, responsible for institutional relations at BIOMÁS, explained that the company contracted for the collection, “will visit the neighborhoods, house by house, will look for women over 48 years old, who want to sign up for the urine donation, who decide to donate instead of throwing it away. After registering and answering simple health questions, the collection truck will come every other day: Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to pick them up.”.
The manager stressed that “this will be new in Jujuy and will generate many jobs in different municipalities and will create a new source of work.”
For his part, Juan Bonora, Logistics Manager, specified that the campaign will begin next week and assured that the operation “will be successful, we know that it is a generous town, we have good experience in neighboring provinces; Jujuy is one of the few provinces that we had not come to look for urine donors and we have great expectations of having a very good reception from the ladies. He also clarified that “the people who will go from house to house will be duly identified, they will have a card with their name, they will bear the name of the company”
The agreement was confirmed during a meeting, chaired by the general coordinator of the Municipal Cabinet, Sandra Battistella; the secretary and undersecretary of Human Development, Rodrigo Altea and Daniela Amerise, respectively; Juan Esteban Bonora, logistics manager and Patricio Bosio responsible for institutional relations and other directors of BIOMÁS SA
