Querétaro, May 24, 2021.- The Secretary of State Education, Carlos Arredondo Velázquez, revealed that in the state of Querétaro face-to-face classes and also online are contemplated, with the next return to the classrooms.
This in case there are parents who decide not to send their children to school.
“Presentially we are prepared to provide the service in one way or another (online) that is going to be the great challenge in terms of guidelines and in everything that is going to happen with the return to school, but we are contemplating it and we are prepared for that. “, he claimed.
In that sense, he confirmed that the guideline established by the educational authority plans to offer face-to-face and distance classes, in the event that a parent decides not to send his son to school in person.
He admitted that this will be a great challenge within the academic logistics, since not only will the facilities be adapted and staggered schedules will be determined, but they also have contemplated that there will be communities that decide not to attend face-to-face classes, therefore, the educational service.
“The guideline provides that if a parent decides not to send their child to school in person, the service continues to be provided, it is the great challenge within the logistics that I was talking about academically, it will not only be to adapt facilities and make staggered schedules, but there will also be a portion of the communities that decide not to attend, so you have to continue providing the service, “he stressed.
Additionally, Arredondo Velázquez, announced that face-to-face classes will not start simultaneously in all schools, since the return will be staggered.
The head of the State Secretariat of Education, stressed that both 100 percent of teachers and parents of Querétaro agree to return to face-to-face classes, but with due care and in a staggered manner.
