They will collect blood from any Red Cross organization and factor

The Regional Hemotherapy Center (CRH) has organized a day to encourage regular donation and blood collection from any organization and factor in the Red Cross Salta branch.

The cell phone to receive donations will be in front of the institution, on Paz Chain Street, tomorrow, October 10, from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • Volunteers are asked to bring identification, not to fast, and to stay hydrated.

At the time, CUCAI Salta staff will inform attendees about donating bone marrow for transplantation to people with blood diseases, such as leukemia, thalassemia and others. Likewise, donors will be registered.

  • Those who have had a tattoo or piercing in the last 6 months

Other information

A donor must

The Regional Hemotherapy Center reminds the public of the importance of having spontaneous and normal donors of all groups and RH factors, as the availability of blood components is not always sufficient to meet the demand of patients of all ages who need a transplant.
