The onslaught of the gang of robbers
The woman was operated on, the Niguarda doctors managed to reduce the lesion but her condition remains very serious. Now it is hunting a group of foreigners, it seems of African origin, that they would have approached the victim, her husband and some friends for an attempted robbery. The man’s reaction would then have triggered the fight. Also injured a 21-year-old Senegalese, hit by a stab in the leg, but in a superficial way. According to the carabinieri, he would be part of the group of robbers and his position is being examined by the carabinieri. As well as that of other foreigners identified by investigators shortly after the fight. The solution could therefore be close.

The “helping hand” hypothesis
However, the dynamics still need to be clarified because it seems that both wounded were hit with the same knife. It is not excluded that the 32-year-old may have been injured in the confused phases of the “friendly hand” fight. An episode that, however, rekindles the controversy for the wild nights of Milan. A phenomenon that after the lockdown has returned to worry, in Corso Como, as in Porta Venezia and the Navigli. It all happened at 5.20 in via Alessio di Tocqueville, a crossroads of Corso Como. The victim, her husband and some friends they spent the evening at the Hollywood nightclub. Then, at 5 in the morning, closing time, the group moved to the nearby street to try to enter the historic “Tocqueville 13” restaurant. Even here, however, the music is off and the hall is closing. So while husband and wife were in the street, in front of a parking lot, they would have been approached by some foreigners who would have tried to rob them.

The investigations
The dynamics are unclear. Even because the 32-year-old’s husband, with some precedent behind him, he gave a confused description to the carabinieri apparently due to alcohol: “They attacked us, I reacted”. His story is being examined by the investigators of the Investigative Unit and the Duomo company who are analyzing the images of the cameras of the clubs in the area and have questioned some friends, but they too are clouded by the numerous cocktails. The woman, a shop assistant in a store of body care products, was hit with two stab wounds following the reaction of her husband and the robbers. The attackers are said to be part of a group of Africans who gravitate to the area. Small drug dealers who sell “balls” of cheap cocaine off the premises. But often at the end of the night they round up their meager earnings with cell phone and handbag robberies. And several times ended up in the crosshairs of police and carabinieri. The victim is hospitalized in intensive care, on Sunday morning she was operated on by doctors and her condition is “stable” but still very serious. He lost a lot of blood. There are also fears of possible brain damage.
