They walk in Hidalgo against breast cancer – El Sol de Hidalgo

Yesterday the Health Walk was held in Pachuca, with the theme For the Fight against breast cancer and against cerebral vascular disease, with the participation of families, as well as medical personnel from the ISSSTE of Tulancingo, Mixquiahuala and the capital of Hidalgo .

This activity with the slogan Amor y Esperanza, is part of the actions undertaken by the Institution’s normative direction, to strengthen the self-care of the health of Hidalgo. Prior to the walk, the families participated in the physical activation that was carried out as a warm-up prior to the program day with a three-kilometer route.

Stretching was performed first, then hand and foot coordination exercises, breathing sessions accompanied by an instructor with knowledge of the subject. Subsequently, the exit was given in front of the state delegation of the ISSSTE, so that they could join the Felipe Ángeles boulevard, continue south through the ITP, SEPH, El Rehilete museum, CBTis 222, then turn right and finish on the tartan track of the High Performance Center.

At the same time, the children’s athletic carnival was held, coordinated by the ISSSTE League directive, with the participation of children from five years of age onwards, to youths aged 14 and over, in both branches. In each competition the children showed that they have a talent for athletics.
