The precautionary measure originated from the complaint lodged against the man who allegedly persecuted the victim on several occasions, threatening and harassing her, causing states of anxiety and fear.

The second order was carried out by the Carabinieri of the station Orsaia Tower against a 47-year-old under investigation for mistreatment against family members or cohabitants, and in this case too the mistreatment occurred against his ex-wife, who reported the man’s behavior to the military.

Also in Torchiara the military carried out an order implementing the precautionary measure “of the residence ban in the municipality of Torchiara” against a 44-year-old under investigation for “persecutory acts” against his mother. The precautionary measure originated from the complaint filed against the man who she allegedly threatened on several occasions.
