In a month and a week, a hundred companies in the sector were approached by Jean-Marc and his charges. Within the three partner associations of Valo’Lab, 17 people out of the 24 accompanied by a boss have found a job. “Without it, we feel useless in society. With this method, we also often learn that the company next door has struggled for months to recruit, ”François recalls. Figures that inevitably make you dream, as much as the simplification of the procedures they imply.
