We really recommend it, with a modern side, a round trip between the 90s and the original era. »
Valentine Soubeyranfrom Saint-Étienne, chose an immersive piece: “I saw the piece The Hidden Face of Walter’s Cabaret, at the theater of La Carreterie. The audience must solve a murder that happened on stage and the characters talk with the spectators while performing. It’s up to us to choose the culprit and the actors adapt to this choice, they shoot their texts accordingly. It was nice to think, we had a piece of paper with clues, press clippings and we could write and discuss among ourselves to vote at the end. »
The Marseillaise Valerie Chifma recommended Vivaldi, the golden age, at the Girasole theatre. “It was an extraordinary moment! What I liked the most was the full of different emotions, the desire to get up and dance, the tears in my eyes that came. Words are powerful but when the music reaches this level of purity, it creates extraordinary emotions, it’s a nugget! It’s very visual, pure and so well played. »
Finally, Veronique and Ludivine Touchefrom Manosque, were seduced by Quasimodo, at the King René theatre. “What we liked was that the actors corresponded well to the characters, in their physique, in their way of moving. The story begins with young Victor Hugo discovering the dead bodies of two lovers, and throughout, it’s animated with great gusto. There is a very good staging, and beautiful sets. »
