From this one Monday the raft service on Island 58 of Villa Regina, will have a new extended operating hours, with a shift during the morning and another in the afternoon.

Weeks ago, the municipality carried out thes revision and refurbishment tasks of the reservoir that makes it possible to link the north bank with the south bank of the Negro river, and that is generally used by families that have cattle operations to the south of Villa Regina.
The municipality of Regina, on which the raft service depends, reported that since Monday the new hours of operation will be from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday, while there will be no services on Saturdays and Sundays.
On the other hand, it was indicated that the raft was subjected to conditioning and maintenance tasks, and was subsequently inspected by the Naval Prefecture which grants permission for operation.
