The Section for Deaths of People Belonging to Vulnerable Social Groups of the Special Prosecutor for Crimes Against Life (FEDCV) obtained this Friday in an oral and public trial a conviction against Yorvin Manuel Valladares Amador for reckless homicide and reckless driving to the detriment of the lawyer Armando Jose Aguilar Arias and road safety, respectively.

The traffic authorities in the investigation conclude that participant 1 “carried out a risky, reckless, unauthorized overtaking maneuver on the left, with a lack of attention to road safety conditions, crossing the central axis of the road marked with a continuous line of yellow color obstructing the normal movement of mobile 2 that arrived at the conflict area in its preference, colliding with the front left side third of the body of mobile 2”.
