Chihuahua— The issue of the approval of the credit of more than 1,600 million pesos that the State Government intends to request to exercise it in 2021, may not be transferred to the Permanent Session that will be held tomorrow at 10:00 in the morning, due which is still detained in the Budget Committee.
In that entity, only the PAN deputy Jesús Valenciano has expressed his support for the petition, said Miguel Ángel Colunga, who has expressed that he is against putting more debt to the entity.
The Morena legislator, one of the five who is part of the Programming, Budget and Finance Commission, explained that the issue is pending analysis, so he ruled out that it will be presented in the Permanent Session.
Regarding the time it will take to be approved, if so, the PAN deputy Rocío González explained that if the objective is for it to be for public works, with each passing day its application becomes more complicated, because the projects they have to be tendered.
The legislator said that in her case she will vote against if the use of the resources is not fully justified and that her approach is that the 1.6 billion pesos are to correct what has been spent in the Health Sector in the face of the pandemic generated by Covid 19.
The request for a new credit of 1.6 billion pesos that the State Executive raised requires 22 votes from the 33 deputies that make up the State Congress, but there is no certainty that the state administration will achieve the support it needs.
