First responders from the Salvadoran Green Cross rescued a man who in the early hours of this Saturday crashed into a protective structure placed on the edge of the street and near the Agua Caliente bridge, in San Salvador.
The members of the Green Cross had to carry out several maneuvers to successfully rescue the person and then take him to the Salvadoran Social Security Institute (ISSS).
The patient was identified as Jairo Steven Espinoza, 19 years old, who had injuries to different parts of his body. It is unknown if he was driving while intoxicated.
Civil Protection personnel cleaned up an oil spill to prevent a new traffic accident.
