In the last few hours, a lawyer from La Plata reported that he was “savagely” attacked by an employee of a gastronomic company in zone 8 and 56.
As he told this newspaper, the person involved is currently accused of sexual abuse of a young woman under the age of 15, a case that is being processed before UFIJ No. 5 by the prosecutor Juan Menucci.
In a meeting he had with the aggressor, since the lawyer legally represents the victim, he reported that he was “savagely” attacked by this subject, who “threatened him with death, in front of everyone present”.
It is worth noting that the lawyer faces a severe disability that prevents him from moving easily.
In turn, the lawyer assured that the attack took place “on the occasion of the notice to the mother of the victim of sexual abuse”.
After the alleged beating, the Justice has granted him a precautionary measure of perimeter protection of approach and contact with the aggressor. “They are re-legitimizing and discriminating against the professional who now has to undergo an operation by leaving him in bed for several weeks,” a source said.
The body that ordered the provision in favor of the aggressor is the Family Court n. 8 of La Plata, in office, which accepted the provision requested by the lawyers of the matter, Carmelita Iturria and Mariela Garay, belonging to the Ministry of Women.
