During this last day, the Ministry of Health reported the death of three people infected with Covid-19 and also the contagion of 12 more people.
In this way, the number of fatalities that Covid-19 has already claimed this year is 91.
In detail, the three people whose death was announced yesterday correspond to three people from Celaya, two women aged 83 and 88 and a 58-year-old man.
These are the first two functions of coronavirus in which it goes from March, a disease that continues to be a pandemic, but that has already lowered its intensity.
Among the records of these three victims, it was revealed that none of them had previously been vaccinated against this disease.
In particular, the 12 infections that were reported this last day were registered in seven different municipalities, including one case in the city of León.
The authorities continue to call for people to maintain all the necessary prevention measures, since the number of active cases stands at 1,656, a figure that corresponds to Guanajuatenses who have contracted this disease during the last 7 or 10 days. and that they still have the capacity to infect someone else.
Regarding the people hospitalized, the Ministry of Health announced that there are still 10 Guanajuato residents with confirmed Covid-19 in this situation, two of whom are minors.
In general, in the state there are 51 people hospitalized with some acute respiratory infection that includes other diseases such as pneumonia, bronchitis and even influenza.
In particular, of Covid-19, the authorities continue to call for prevention, since there are still 248 cases under investigation in Guanajuatenses who are awaiting laboratory results to confirm or rule out whether they suffer from this disease.
