They reduce the hours of vaccination centers in Tenerife and Gran Canaria | BE Las Palmas

The Ministry of Health reports the reduction in the hours of the vaccination centers against covid-19 in Tenerife and Gran Canaria as of tomorrow, Wednesday thanks to the fact that 80% of the target population over 12 years of age in the Canary Islands has been exceeded with the complete guideline.

This “favorable evolution” of the campaign, together with the start-up of two vacuguaguas and the reduction of the target population pending receipt of the first or second dose of vaccine, has made this reorganization possible, says Health in a statement.

The measure does not imply any transfer of the vaccination points or the modification of the days of operation, which are maintained, since it is only limited to the hours of activity that, as of tomorrow, are established in the following bands:

Gran Canaria:

– Hospital Universitario de Gran Canaria Doctor Negrín: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 14:30.

– Insular-Maternal-Infant University Hospital Complex of Gran Canaria: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

– Juan Vega Mateos Sports Center (Gáldar): Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

– El Calero Health Center: Monday to Friday, 9.30-12.00.

– Escaleritas Health Center: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm.

– Miller Bajo Health Center: Monday to Friday, 8.00-11.00.

– Plaza Pérez Galdós. Mogán: Monday to Friday, from 8.00-11.00.

– San Gregorio Market: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.

– Elderly Club Mirador de La Villa. Santa Brígida: Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm.
