The Countryside Experimental of the National Institute of Forestry and Agricultural Research (Inifap), makes a series of recommendations for farmers in the region, who wish to plant a late cycle or also known as spring-summer.
According to the Inifap Río Bravo researcher, Hipólito Castillo Tovar, one of these crops is soybeans, with which good yields and profits are obtained.
The varieties available to the producer are: Vernal; Huasieca 200; Huasca 400; Autumn and others authorized by the Sader.
The sowing date should be between July 1 to July 31, while the population density should be set at 18 to 20 plants per linear meter (50 to 55 kg / ha of seed).
For fertilization, it is recommended to apply 100 kg / ha of formula 18-46-00 to the soil and Sultab ferrous foliar 1% in areas with chlorosis or yellowish.
