By providing evidence, Attorney General of the State of Puebla obtained sentence of 21 years in prison contra Isabel N., alias “El Chabelo”for being responsible for the crime of qualifying homicide.
The January 24, 2021, in the Centro neighborhood of the municipality of Chietlathe sentenced shot a man when he was in the company of his family inside his home, so as a result of the injuries, lost his life when he was transferred to his medical care.
The Prosecutor’s Office identified Isabel N. as responsible for the events, who was apprehended by Investigative Agents on January 28, 2021.
With evidence presented by the Regional Investigation Prosecutor’s Office, the Trial Court determined that Isabel N. will pass 21 years in prison and must comply with payment for material and moral damage.
