- Chapter 5 appreciates the work of health personnel and emphasizes to keep health measures in place to face COVID-19
The Council of Science and Technology of the State of Tabasco (CCYTET), presented this Thursday the last chapter of the “La Liga de la Salud” project, which recognizes and appreciates the titanic work carried out by the sector’s personnel in favor of everyone’s health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the audiovisual material, it is recalled that the coronavirus continues to affect the health of millions of people around the world, so it is urged to keep health measures in force.
Under the motto “If you take care of yourself, you take care of us all”, in this last chapter called “Unity”, it is narrated that the members of the “Health League” have prepared to have an effective response each time they receive the call for help.
“They work as a team, it doesn’t matter if the job is to clean the floors or take out the trash, take care of patients or study the cure for this disease. All members of the Health League are important and valuable ”, is described in the material.
Faced with difficult times, in this latest installment of the series, people are urged to put on the superhero costume to deal with the disease.
“There is still a long way to go and while the Health League works to care for patients and develop the vaccine, you can be part of the team by following the health recommendations and kindly inviting those around you to do so together. we will all succeed ”, it is specified.
Within the powers of the heroes of “La Liga de la Salud”, are the knowledge and the power of the information that society can acquire, always verifying the information that is shared on the internet to avoid alarming.
Since the beginning of the project, last December, the CCYTET has highlighted in the different chapters of this series the work of Martha, who is a promoter of Health; Franklin, who works as a social worker; Angel who works as a nurse; Matilda as a doctor; Carlos as a cleaning assistant and Victoria as a scientist, all of them members of the series coordinated with the State Government, in addition to other educational institutions.
