“They play with our psyche”: deportation is delayed – Pforzheim

Pforzheim. It was exactly three months ago on Wednesday that Murat K. (38, name changed) was arrested in Hesse and held in detention pending deportation – first in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, then in the course of administrative assistance in Pforzheim. His wife was allowed to visit him for the first time last week. He does not know when he will be deported to Turkey.

Especially since Germany and Turkey had agreed that Turkish Airlines would not start bilateral air traffic until the beginning of July at the earliest.

At the end of last week, the Turk from Offenbach filed another complaint with the Federal Court of Justice against the continued detention pending deportation. “They play with our psyche,” he says in an interview with the PZ. In the meantime, there are ten of them in the deportation facility on Rohrstrasse.
