Last Friday, December 24, a complaint was filed at the Women’s Police Station of that city about the sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl by her stepfather, a 21-year-old young man, resident in Colonia Arroyo Bonito. .
When the police went looking for him, they did not find the suspect, neither the mother of the minor, nor the little victim. The neighborhood quickly disappeared and the police tried to locate their whereabouts.
Attentive to this, the Investigative Judge 2 of Jardín América, Roberto Sena, ordered the capture of the girl’s stepfather.
“When the complaint was learned, the arrest and gynecological examination of the minor was ordered, but they had already moved from the place. They are looking for them, ”sources from the intervening court told Misiones OnLine.

Serious complaint
The graduate in Social Work, Cristian Sánchez, member of the Commission for Assistance and Containment of Victims of Sexual Abuse and Violence of the Shekinah Foundation and current Head of Health of the Programmatic Area VIII ZCP, accompanied by personnel dependent on the Civil Defense area of the Local municipality filed the complaint with the police headquarters.
The official would have learned of the girl’s situation, through a co-worker of the alleged abuser, a few days ago, by telephone, so, in the company of the municipal Civil Defense and members of the Foundation Commission Shekinah, attended, in the first instance, the home of the informant and, in a second opportunity, to the work address of both, to dialogue with the owners of the farm.
In this way, the informant identified as Lorenzo, commented to the professional that approximately 20 days ago, he had been walking towards his workplace (his employer’s farm) and when passing by the suspect’s home, he saw that he was coming out of a bathroom closed with the girl, holding her hand, while saying to her: “don’t tell your mother anything.”
For this reason, the informant approaches him and asks him what he was doing to the girl and he answers: “you don’t get involved.”
Likewise, Lorenzo commented to professionals that the girl had a strange behavior. This fact was confirmed by the owner of the farm who also added that the girl, who usually comes to play with her granddaughter, has the language and habits of an adult.
On the other hand, the intervening social work team went to the girl’s school in order to have a dialogue with one of her teachers. In this way, one of her teachers observed that the girl is very submissive and introverted at school and that she does not know her very well since she has recently attended a school in the colony.
