MÉRIDA, Yuc., February 14, 2021.- By arrest warrant, a man and a woman identified as against Elena RG and Israel Antonio P. C were detained, charged with the crime of qualified homicide.
The events occurred on January 31 in Dzoyolá, Kanasín, the arrest was carried out by agents of the State Investigation Police (PEI) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
In a press release, they reported that the victim received several shots from a firearm that caused his death. The complaint for the assault and murder was filed by the daughter of the deceased today.
The state police officers carried out the arrest warrant at the State Social Reintegration Center, where the accused have been detained for other crimes.
The accused were placed at the disposal of the First Judge of Control of the Second Judicial District of the Accusatory and Oral Criminal Justice System.
