Later, after issuing veterinary report of the status of the animal, Local GRUPRONA police officers opened criminal proceedings for the alleged responsibility of a crime of animal abandonment, leaving the equine in deposit under the responsibility of its owner, who was warned of the obligation to improve its conditions and put it under veterinary supervision, situation which continues to be monitored by agents.
