Mexico City. Minister Norma Lucía Piña Hernández, president of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF), installed the National Council of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (CNMASC).
Organizations of this type and that all the judicial powers of the country are or linked by law to their installation, have the purpose of being a bridge of understanding between the natural or legal persons who are involved in a dispute so that they can reach a reparatory agreement. of the damage caused to any of the parties.
According to information from the Federal Judiciary Council (CJF), “the new Council will coordinate public policies and develop guidelines that promote the effectiveness of non-jurisdictional procedures.”
The ceremony was held at the CJF headquarters building, and at that event Piña Hernández “highlighted that the National Council will have a fundamental role and its work will be key to coordinating public policies and developing guidelines that promote the effectiveness of these non-jurisdictional procedures.”
The minister assured that the implementation of these mechanisms presents very significant challenges, because it requires institutions to adapt to new needs in infrastructure, technology and human resources, but above all, bring together instruments that serve Mexican society.
Sergio Arturo Valls Esponda was appointed as president of the CNMASC, and Nancy Gutiérrez Jiménez was elected as technical secretary.
