The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic (FGR) confirmed in its X account that they achieved a 16-year prison sentence for a subject who raped a minor and incapacitated woman on several occasions.
The person involved is identified as José Wilfredo Hernández Márquez, who received that sentence for the crime of continuous sexual assault on a minor and incapacitated person.
It appears in the judicial process that between November 2020 and December 2021, Hernández Márquez committed the crime at a time when the minor arrived to visit her relatives, in the same home where the accused resided,
These events occurred in the La Paz canton, in the Menguera district, in Morazán Norte.
