The border guards of the Belarusian outpost told the propagandists of the state TV channel about the increase in the number of “provocations” from the Ukrainians.
The Belarusian state television channel ONT has a new story about the “hard” life of border guards at the Glushkovichi outpost in the Gomel region, which borders on the Zhytomyr region.
According to the Zerkalo website, propagandists claim that Ukrainian border guards insult their Belarusian colleagues.
Belarusians serving at the outpost allegedly complain about aggressive gestures, offensive inscriptions, leaflets and audio recordings of a political nature, threatening phone calls to operational duty officers. True, the employees of the TV channel did not report on the content of the leaflets and audio recordings, as well as on the nature of the threats.
“A mock-up of a hanged serviceman in the uniform of the Russian army was installed, whom the Ukrainian border guards called Valera. They indicated that this was a serviceman killed near Kiev. This was all with the aim of some kind of intimidation and psychological pressure on the servicemen guarding the state border of our country,” complained Vladislav Zenkovich, deputy head of the Glushkovichi border security post.
Complaints about Ukrainian colleagues from Belarusian border guards are heard not for the first time.
Previously, they were annoyed by the national Belarusian white-red-white flag and the anthem of Ukraine on the other side of the border. There were also strange complaints that Ukrainians stole a border marker.
Recall that on the eve of the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Belarusian border guards complained that their Ukrainian colleagues were showing obscene gestures to them and mining the territories adjacent to the Republic of Belarus.
