The femicide suffocated the minor, causing her death at a home located in the Fourth Section of Pueblo Nuevo, San Francisco del Mar.
The Attorney General of the State of Oaxaca (FGEO) obtained, from the Trial Court, a conviction against the male person identified as SFMM, responsible for the crime of femicide against a minor (7 months), committed in April of 2020 in the jurisdiction of San Francisco del Mar, in the Isthmus region.
According to criminal case 162/2020, on April 3, 2020, the femicide suffocated the minor, causing her death at an address located in the Fourth Section of Pueblo Nuevo, San Francisco del Mar.
Given this fact, the institution for the administration of justice initiated the corresponding investigations -through the Regional Vice Prosecutor’s Office of the Isthmus-, managing to apprehend and present the accused before the Control Judge, who determined to link him to the process.
At a hearing, the Prosecution Court issued a conviction against SFMM, whose sentencing will take place on June 9, 2022.
