The State Attorney General’s Office reported that Brian Joaquín “N” was sentenced to 100 years in prison for the crime of kidnapping.

The Specialized Unit to Combat Kidnapping achieved a conviction of 100 years in prison against Brian Joaquín “N” for the crime of aggravated kidnapping committed to the detriment of the victim MOR
Events that occurred on September 6, 2019 in the municipality of Camerino Z. Mendoza, where the victim was driving his taxi when he was approached by two subjects who asked for service; however, on the Puebla-Córdoba highway he was deprived of liberty for subsequently demand a ransom payment.
The victim was released on September 18, 2019 on the Puebla-Córdoba highway, the place where the sentenced man shot him three times, within Trial 01/2022.
