Miroslav Krastev is accused of deceiving a family on 11 November 2018, saying that he would build them a prefab wooden house, causing them property damage in the amount of BGN 33,100.
He posted a text on a specialized classifieds site that he is a builder with extensive experience in building prefabricated houses. Lui also attached photos of “his of his” finished projects and the pricing of the service stood out as significantly more lucrative than other similar listings. Miroslav Krastev arranged a meeting with the injured family and they negotiated the construction of the wooden house. In reality, however, the defendant had no experience in building such plants and his claims that he had completed the projects were not true.
