This Monday, Arturo “N” alleged murderer of Luis Miranda Cardoso placeholder image, former head of the Superior Court of Mexico, notary and father of Luis Miranda Nava, was found lifeless in the Santiaguito prison, in Almoloya de Juárez.
- The Secretariat of Security (SS) of the State of Mexico, through the Undersecretariat of Penitentiary Control, reported in a statement that Arturo “N”, involved in the murder of Miranda Cardoso, took his own life inside his cell at the Santiaguito Penitentiary Center.
Thus they found the alleged murderer
At approximately 8:30 pm this Monday, in the area known as “imaginary”, the last roll call was made, with inmate Arturo “N” present. However, when making a subsequent walk through the corridor at 10:30 p.m. and since No response was heard from Arturo “N”, the door of his cell was opened and he was found hanging with a pair of pants tied to a bar of the window of this prison in the Mexico state.
Immediately, the medical service was notified, who determined that he no longer had vital signs.
He death was reported to the Public Ministry who will be in charge of carrying out the pertinent investigations, while the Undersecretariat of Penitentiary Control has provided all the necessary information for the investigations that may arise.
