Ixtepec City, Oax.- A fully identified subject was captured for the third time stealing video surveillance cameras.
On this occasion, he was caught stealing a security camera from a private home. After committing his crime, he quietly retires, as if nothing had happened.
However, despite the fact that he has already been fully identified, the authorities have not been able to arrest and prosecute him, because those affected have not filed their corresponding complaint.
According to the police elements, he has been arrested red-handed, but once he returns the stolen items, the affected party has granted him a pardon. Therefore, after being released, he continues to commit crimes.
The subject acts with total impudence, enters homes and takes bicycles, gas tanks and security cameras.
In his last arrest, the subject had stolen a bicycle in broad daylight, being surprised by the inhabitants of a house. On that occasion he was captured and beaten by those affected, but he did not learn the lesson with that.
The suspect was identified as Eduardo VC, a 21-year-old resident of the Doctores neighborhood in Ciudad Ixtepec.
