On January 12, the Official Gazette published the Resolution 0017 with which it is established that the scheme full of vaccination with three dose will begin to be valid in Panama from January 28, 2022. This resolution modifies the second article of the Resolution 0013 which stated that the validity was at an earlier date.

The regulations on the complete vaccination schedule in Panama detail the following:

- Vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the European Medicines Agency (EMA), provided that the three dose
- Complete schedule of the Janssen vaccine from Johnson & Johnson with two doses; can be first dose plus booster or two doses
- Combination of the different vaccines authorized by the WHO, FDA or EMA, once the three doses have been completed.
According to the main resolution, a person will be fully immunized 14 days after completing the respective vaccination schedule.
