As the clock turns, human tragedies do not stop appearing in Syria and Turkey, which were affected by the devastating earthquake.

In addition to the pictures of the recovery of the victims and stranded children, women, the elderly, and others, two pictures that were said to be from the Aleppo governorate in northern Syria rocked social media.

The two pictures showed two destroyed houses, of which only remnants of walls remained.

Despite all the destruction, decorative ropes carrying expressions of love hung from them, as if the residents of those homes were celebrating before they became victims of one of the largest humanitarian disasters in the region.

The pioneers of social networking sites circulated these pictures, stressing that the homeowners died a victim of the disaster, while those decorative ropes immortalized their stories of love and tragedy at the same time.

It is noteworthy that the latest official statistics confirmed that the devastating earthquake had recorded 35,000 victims between Syria and Turkey.

While rescuers are still searching for survivors or removing bodies from the rubble of the earthquake, 6 days after the disaster that caused massive destruction in parts of Syria and Turkey, amid expectations that the number will rise further.

The United Nations estimated that the number of victims would exceed 40,000, declaring that millions of Syrians and Turks were affected by that disaster.
