During the hearing, the judge argued that the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) did not present sufficient evidence in criminal case 254/2023 to prosecute González Valencia, despite the fact that prosecutors accused the spouse of El Mencho of belonging to the Valencia cartels and Jalisco New Generationin the latter with direction and command functions.

As evidence, they presented interviews with collaborating witnesses, who narrated events from 1990 to date, about how the Valencia Cartel was formed, then the Millennium Cartel and later the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, where they supposedly participated in all of them.

The lawyer, Víctor Francisco Beltrán García, trusted that his client will be acquitted, by once again proving her innocence, so they are only waiting for the ruling of the Mórelos Court of Appeal, under the argument that the FGR did not accuse her. for the crime of hiding, but for acquiring and transferring funds, of which she was acquitted.

Beltrán García stated that his client was sentenced for not proving the origin of 75 thousand pesos in a bank account in which he does not participate because it is in the name of Jessica Johana Oseguera González, his daughter.
