“Inflation gallops”, this union takes action
Because ‘inflation is galloping, all prices are rising’, the demonstrators are certain, ‘these increases are partly the result of international tensions’, to name only the war in ukraine and the post-Covid-19 economic recovery. And denounce that these increases “are also the product of speculation on the world markets, in particular energy and agricultural which enrich the big companies”.
This mobilization Chartres is also an opportunity for the union to draw up a list current demands, just a few days before the first round of the legislative elections: “employees in the private and public sectors, young people, retirees are tightening their belts, for us, despite inflation, salaries, scholarships, pensions are not increasing “.
