The presidential candidate Patricia Bullrich repudiated the serious acts of violence in Rosario that occurred in the last hours. These include, on the one hand, a shooting of a child and her mother, who, due to the shooting, lost her eight-month pregnancy. On the other hand, the threat against the criminal director of Ezeiza, where the members of the drug trafficking gang “Los Monos” are housed.
In the case of the shooting, the young 29-year-old mother was transferred to the Eva Perón hospital in the city of Granadero Baigorria, according to LN+. There, she was hospitalized with a reserved prognosis as she was shot twelve times in the abdomen, back and legs. Unfortunately, she lost her baby as a result of gunshot wounds. Meanwhile, her 10-year-old son suffered a graze from a bullet, but is out of danger.
This Thursday, the former Minister of Security highlighted the very high insecurity in the city with a post titled “They continue to massacre us.” «We cannot continue like this. Although some refuse to do so, I said it before and I repeat it today: we have to put all federal forces to order the city of Rosario. With us, this is over,” she said.
The drug threat to the director of the Ezeiza prison
«Stop being a rascal. Atte: The Mafia”, was the threat that appeared on the fence of the house of one of the top bosses of the Penitentiary Complex I, the Ezeiza prison. The threatening paper had the name and surname of the judicial authority and a drawing of a hanged man. Furthermore, at the moment they were leaving the intimidating message, there were two shots fired into the air.
This is the second threat in less than ten days. Last week a similar situation had occurred at the director’s house. Residential Unit 6 of the Penitentiary Complex I, Ezeiza prisonthe module where members of “Los Monos” are housed.
Due to this fact, Patricia Bullrich demonstrated again this Friday and made campaign promises. «When I am president, we are going to go from an unviable country with fear to a country with a firm hand. With the rule of law and order, we are going to put an end to mafias and drug traffickers forever,” the candidate launched.
