When consulting about the origin and destination, one of the men claimed to be the owner of the animal, who had sold it to one of those present; and that the buyer would take the meat to his business premises located in Villa Padre Monti.

Without elements that justify the operation and with the aggravating circumstance that the work was done in a place not authorized for that purpose; and did not meet the minimum hygiene and health conditions; Consequently, the uniformed officers seized both the meat (weighing 100 kilograms) and the items used there.

In this way, the kidnappings were made available to the Provincial Livestock Directorate, to be sent to an authorized refrigerator for veterinary inspection and subsequent confiscation.

All the actions were reported to the Director of Livestock of the Province, and from that office they validated the kidnappings produced. All the actions were supervised by the Director of the Area, General Commissioner, Luis Castaño.
