The inhabitants of the Polish village of Rumin extended a special invitation to Madonna to visit them. They promised that they would name a street after her and that they would make her an honorary resident.
The village is located in Central Poland, 230 km west of Warsaw. The girls from Rumin have prepared a special dance for the pop diva, Reuters informs.
“Rumin is like Madonna. Rumin is the pinnacle. Rumin is something fashionable. This is basically our idea and we want to emphasize the commonality between our village and Madonna,” says Mariusz Ciszak, organizer of the campaign for Madonna’s visit to the village .
It is not yet clear whether Madonna will honor the invitation of the Rumin villagers. It is known for certain that the singer has a desire to visit the Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz, where 1.5 million people, mainly Jews, died during the Second World War.
