The 21-year-old who had been arrested for the death of a 40-year-old woman in the city of San José was finally charged by the Justice for a crime of homicide especially aggravated by femicide.

The cause of death was confirmed to be a stab wound to the chest. The woman arrived at the hospital accompanied by the 21-year-old man, who was arrested at the scene and has no criminal record.
