A total of 80 people, including workers on line 3 of the Panama metro and the Puerto Vacamonte International Pier, both companies, located in their area of responsibility; they benefited from the vaccination update day, which was carried out by nursing personnel from the Local Occupational Health and Safety Unit (ULSySO) Dr. Luis Salvatierra Tello, located in Puerto Vacamonte.
In this activity, the pneumococcal, hepatitis A, measles and bivalent vaccine against COVID-19 were applied.
Nurse Hariana Domínguez, head of Nursing at the ULSySO, pointed out that this type of activities will be maintained at different points in the area, as continuity to the schedule of activities carried out by the Expanded Immunization Program.
For this reason, the working population is urged to get vaccinated at these vaccination posts that have been placed at the different points or to attend the health units to update their vaccination schedules, during office hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm
