Thanks to a prompt reaction from the National Police The arrest of two people accused of the crime of homicide against Luis Carlos Radarecorded this Thursday morning, on the outskirts of the Laundry ‘El Comandante’located on Los Militares Avenue, in the Enrique Pupo neighborhoodfrom Valledupar.
According to the authorities’ report, Luis Carlos Rada, a lender by trade, had been the victim of attempted homicide in the municipality of FoundationMagdalena, in the year 2022, where he received five gunshot woundsso he had settled in the capital of Cesar, where this Thursday, he was shot to death.
For this fact they were captured Jose Escobar34 years old, who presents notes as indicated in the Oral Accusatory Penal System, SPOA, for traffic, manufacturing I possession of narcotics in 2020, and for the crime of food non-assistance in 2014; and José Gregorio Torrejano23 years old, who presents notes for trafficking, manufacturing and/or illegal carrying of firearms in 2022, and for homicide in 2021.

Through a video statement, the commander of the Cesar Police Department, Colonel Eduardo Chamorro Pinzón, gave more details about this operational which ended with the capture of the two alleged perpetrators of this crime.
“It was possible to capture these two criminals, after a chase through the municipality of Valledupar, making a lock plan (…) This result is thanks to the timely community informationso that its National Police can continue to comply with security matters“, indicated the colonel.

Thus the facts, these people were transferred to the URI facilities, left at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office, where they will have to answer for the murder of Luis Carlos Rada from Fundan.
