According to the authorities, this subject appeared on the most wanted poster in the department of Cesar, who at the time of being surprised by the police tried to flee.
Likewise, the Police indicated that this citizen was known as ‘Kevin’, who allegedly committed theft from people in different places in the capital of Cesar, such as Carrera Cuarta, Villa del Rosario, Las Palmas, Villa Castro and others.
