In the midst of search and control patrols, the personnel of the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrants of the National Police managed to capture two people in the Primero la Gente neighborhood of the township of La Loma, in the municipality of El Paso, Cesar.
The detainees were identified as Jesús Osneider Serrano, 20, alias El Indio, and Jairo Enrique Pertúz, 23, known as El Flaco. During the procedure, a firearm, a 9-millimeter caliber pistol, was found in their possession.
Subsequently, they were informed of their rights as captured persons and were transferred to the facilities of the 22nd Sectional Prosecutor’s Office of Chiriguaná, where they must answer for the crime of illegally carrying a firearm or ammunition.
“The Cesar Police Department will strengthen the execution of the different strategies regarding coexistence and citizen security, we invite citizens to provide information through our emergency lines 123, 122, 155, the citizen contribution is very important” , mentioned the institution.
