The National Civil Police (PNC) reported the capture of three MS13 gang members when they were buying and selling drugs in the parking lot of a shopping center in Sonsonate.
The Police Intelligence work identified that two of the gang members are members of a clique from San Salvador, who would sell the drugs to the other gang member from Sonsonate.
This is Jonathan Alexander Cabezas González, alias Junior, who is profiled as a homeboy of the Monserrat Liro Criminal Salvatruchos clique, with the role of drug seller and portions of marijuana were confiscated.
Also, Ileana Alejandra Sánchez Candray, alias Gorda, who is profiled as a homegirl of the Monserrat Liro Criminal Salvatruchos clique, and portions of methamphetamine were found on her, and she was also traveling in the same vehicle as alias junior
According to PNC reports, these two gang members will face justice, for which they will be prosecuted for illicit trafficking and illicit groups.
The third captured was identified as Luis Enrique Tobar López, alias Chele, who is also profiled as a homeboy from the San Cocos Locos Salvatruchos clique.
According to the investigation, this gang member is the one who would buy the drugs from alias Junior and alias Gorda, since he is a well-known seller of marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine in Sonsonate, and he also intimidates the population since he carries a firearm.
Police authorities said that for the moment, this gang member will be prosecuted for the crimes of illegal or irresponsible possession of a firearm and illicit groups.
