On August 14, 2020, the man arrived at the indicated Notary’s Office to deliver his home, by public deed. When she got there, Mrs. Viveros Pérez was waiting for her.

Undercover Gaula agents entered the building and caught the woman in flagrante delicto when the property handover procedures were being carried out.

The woman was transferred to the Immediate Reaction Unit, URI, where she was questioned by a sectional prosecutor.

The woman was placed at the disposal of Inpec personnel to be transferred to the women’s ward of the district jail.
