Amsterdam – More houses than ever were sold in the corona year, the Land Registry reported. Prices shot up 9 percent. Is this the top and should starters fear heavy losses? De Telegraaf spoke to people who bought a house around the peaks of 1978 and 2008 and saw their good money evaporate. Their message: It hurt a lot, but it turned out okay in the end. “We are very happy to live here.”
