Two people were captured for the crime of personal injury, a man and a woman who were involved in a fight.
According to the official report, the incident occurred in the Solarte neighborhood of Pitalito, where the community called alerted about a couple’s fight in the sector.
Those involved were reduced in flagrante delicto while attacking each other. According to what the woman stated, the subject had hit her on her forehead with the butt of a traumatic weapon. Likewise, the subject stated that this woman attacked him with a rock on the head and bit him on the face.
Thus, the uniformed officers proceeded to read them their rights, to transfer them to the Police Station, where they will be prosecuted according to the provisions of article 111 of the Colombian Penal Code.
Finally, the Police called on citizens to resolve their differences through dialogue and avoid at all costs attacks that could end in personal injury or even loss of life.
