Family and friends of a 13-year-old Cuban girl who is missing in the city of Houston, Texas, are asking for help to locate her. To do this, she went to social networks to request the cooperation of the Cuban community in that state.
According to a post shared on the Facebook group’Parole Humanitarian for Cubans I-134A’ the minor was identified as Sheila de la Caridad Montenegro Jerez.
The missing person report shared by the Texas authorities indicates that the minor was last seen on August 29, in the 3000 block of Elmside Dr., in Houston.
The authorities do not know the clothes with which the minor disappeared, but point out that, in case they have any information, they should contact the missing persons office of the Houston Police Department, at 713-884-3131.
The publication included a screenshot in which it can be seen that the young woman’s relatives are working to ask for help.
“She is my little cousin, she is 13 years old and she has been missing since Tuesday. She lives in Houston, if you have any relatives there, please share. She asks them, ”she reads herself in a WhatsApp conversation.
The family asks for help by sharing the case, considering that the more people are aware of what is happening, the greater the chances of finding the minor safe and sound.
Missing Cuban woman in Miami-Dade
This week the case of Jackie Fuentes also became known, a 17-year-old girl who went missing in Kendall last week.
According to her family, the young woman had already been absent from home on previous occasions, but this is the first time that it has taken so long.
Security footage suggests the girl left her home from the back, where there are no surveillance cameras, and the family believes an Uber app car picked her up shortly after.
The child was described as being five feet tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds with short, reddish-brown hair.
