The above occurred shortly before the end of the mobilization that hundreds of people dissatisfied with the judicial reform carried out at the Tlalpan toll booth on the Mexico-Cuernavaca highway, where vehicles were allowed to pass without paying a toll.
The leader pointed out: “until our labor benefits are respected as much as possible, we would be able to put an end to this movement to suspend work, but up to now we have not had a real guarantee that all of these will be respected.” labor rights, benefits and above all salaries and wages”.
At the head of his colleagues, Aguayo said that the “mobilization is another act of rejection of the reform of the Judicial Branch of the Federation promoted by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, but mainly because of the legal consequences that it has entailed.
“At this moment there are suspensions granted by federal judges, which have not been complied with. And this has been largely due to suggestions from legislators and various political actors from Morena.
“They have committed a violation and it is a violation of a court order. They must keep in mind that even with the questioning by the Judiciary regarding the reform, there are acts of authority, especially by federal judges that must be achieve.
He explained that this type of actions that were carried out at the exit to Cuernavaca, “were also carried out on the highway to Tampico, on the highway to Tuxpan, on the highway to Monterrey, on the highway to Chiapas, and at some other points of the Republic”.
