They arrested three suspects and found a real arsenal

Three people were arrested as part of the investigation of two robberies, one including homicide. It was MER (19); STH (22), and BCA (20).
The arrests were the result of several raids carried out yesterday in different points of Resistencia, as announced in the Friday edition of LA VOZ DEL CHACO.
But there was more: a large amount of weapons and ammunition were seized, which suggests that it was a criminal organization that committed violent assaults.
In that sense, yesterday there was a press conference where the investigating prosecutor, Roberto Villalba, provided some details, but did not go into much detail, precisely so as not to hinder the work of the detectives.
After the raids, members of Complex Investigations arrested three young people.
The inspections are related to the homicide that occurred on Monday night at approximately 700 Roque Sáenz Peña Street, in which a young man (26), identified as Carlos Alejandro Montero Codutti, lost his life.
From that moment, the investigation was in charge of the Criminal Investigation Prosecutor’s Office 6 of Roberto Villaba, who together with members of the Complex Investigations Department began the investigations and worked together.

THE RAIDS
For this reason, yesterday the police cordon was closed on four homes, one located on José Mármol Street at approximately 400, another in the 131 Homes neighborhood, another on Lavalle Avenue at approximately 1200 and the last in Echeverría at approximately 700.
As a result, three citizens (19, 20 and 22) were arrested, those who may have participated in the events.
Likewise, they proceeded to seize more than 200 cartridges between 9 millimeters and 22 caliber, in addition to clothing and other elements that are of interest in the case.

THE ARSENAL
In parallel, the urgent seizure of a 9 mm caliber FMK.3 rifle, semi-automatic, with two magazine magazines and a quantity of 375 cartridge cases served with a 9 mm caliber cartridge, was carried out.
Meanwhile, by directive of the acting Fiscal Team, the urgent seizure of 557 cartridges and 3,819 bullet tips of different calibers, also 6 pots and three plates of marijuana, was carried out; plus an Indoor greenhouse. This was seized from a home in Villa Centenario where a person linked to the political world resided.
The seized and detained items were taken to the police headquarters, where judicial proceedings for alleged homicide criminis causa are being carried out.

Several doubts surrounding the father of one of those arrested

The raids carried out yesterday also have to do with the violent assault on a gym teacher, which occurred at the end of October on 1400 Monteagudo Street. Several belongings, his cell phone and the sum of $40 thousand were stolen at gunpoint, in addition to shoot him but luckily the bullet did not hit the victim’s body.
But something was not very clear in the search of the address located on José Mármol Street, in the middle of Centenario Town. Augusto B. (20) was arrested.
In this procedure carried out by the police officers of the Crimes against Persons Division, dependent on the Department of Complex Investigations, they seized the ammunition and, in parallel, a 9 millimeter caliber FMK.3 semi-automatic rifle, with two magazines, was seized. chargers; the amount of 375 cartridge cases served with a 9-caliber cartridge, a certificate of possession of a 9-caliber firearm, in the name of Cristian Marcelo Fabián B. (47), owner of the house, weapons reported by him as stolen and a certificate driver’s license in the name of Santino Esteban R., which was among Augusto’s belongings.
Likewise, according to founded decree 190, the members of the Property Crimes Division proceeded to seize a Nike sports shoe, a pair of black pants and a hooded sweatshirt, as they were of interest in their investigation.

SOME LOOSE ENDS
According to police sources indicated to LA VOZ DEL CHACO, Augusto’s father would be a reservist in the Argentine Army and two facts about him, totally opposite, were revealed: on the one hand, they say that he would dedicate himself to collecting weapons and ammunition.
On the other hand, they point out that he would be in charge of selling them, something that if true does not mean a crime, but seeing the nature of the situation, it forms a nebula in the panorama.
His last occupation would have been in Sameep’s premises.
